eHealth Arena is a dynamic collaboration platform where the public sector, business, and academia together drive development in eHealth. We are now seeking an innovation developer who wants to take overall responsibility for our work with the business community and help develop new services, networks, and collaboration models that strengthen both company competitiveness and regional development.
With us, you'll have a key role in an engaged team where you work closely with companies, public actors, academia, and innovation systems. You'll be an important part of eHealth Arena's continued development and work, among other things, in the Health Data Sweden and eHealth Collaboration projects.
In this role, you will develop, coordinate, and drive eHealth Arena's work with the business community. You are responsible for developing and further developing networks and meeting places for companies in eHealth, as well as identifying needs and converting them into new services and offerings. An important part of the assignment is also to build long-term collaborations between companies, the public sector, academia, and actors in the innovation support system to contribute to increased coordination and clarity in the regional innovation system. You will also work within the Health Data Sweden project with a focus on financing, capital raising, and contacts with investors and financiers.

About you
We are looking for someone with an academic education or other education and experience that the employer considers equivalent.
You have experience in innovation development, business development, business growth, or other operational development and are used to working in collaboration between the public sector, business, and other support systems. You find it easy to build relationships, create networks, and drive development work from idea to implementation, and you have the ability to navigate complex ecosystems. You understand how innovation, business development, and financing interact, and you thrive in a role where you work both strategically and make things happen in practice. As a person, you are proactive, organized, and find it easy to build trust. You are curious, see opportunities, and enjoy developing new ways of working and collaborations. You have good communication skills in both Swedish and English. It is a merit if you have experience in eHealth, digitalization, life science, or health, care, and social services.
A B-class driver's license is a requirement as the position involves travel.
Your future workplace
You will be located at eHealth Arena's premises at Linnaeus University in Kalmar. eHealth Arena is an initiative on eHealth, run by Region Kalmar County and is part of the regional development administration. It is a shared platform for business, health and social care, academia, and the public. eHealth Arena works in collaboration to contribute to increased use of eHealth services in health, care, and social services, as well as increased business growth.
Within regional development, we work with sustainable growth and development issues in Kalmar County. We do this by taking initiatives and coordinating efforts. We collaborate with actors in and outside the county in various areas such as public health, business, environment and climate, infrastructure, urban planning, rural areas, skills supply, culture, and library development. We create and participate in networks and also work with financing development initiatives aimed at benefiting the county's development. We contribute to adult education through our four folk high schools: Gamleby, Kalmar, Vimmerby, and Öland, which are part of the regional development administration.
