We welcome our new Inside Sales Representative to our Kista office! We are looking for a social and technically skilled Inside Sales Representative with high IT proficiency and strong customer focus. Our Kista office consists of a service department, sales department, support, HR, marketing, and management. You will be part of a pleasant and competent team with great camaraderie. You will have an important role in assisting customers who visit our office to purchase or rent equipment and accessories. Some of the things you will do with us include Prepare, distribute, and handle returned equipment and ensure that customers receive smooth assistance. Handle upselling of various products to customers visiting our store. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics staff regarding receiving and shipping goods and spare parts to customers and other offices. Ensure that our store is organized and stocked, with the right products displayed, participate in ongoing inventory counts at the office, and handle customs documents for shipments to other countries. Monitor our web shop and handle incoming orders. In this role, you will primarily communicate in Swedish, but also some in English. You therefore need to have good knowledge of both languages, both spoken and written. Work location is Kista. You would be a great fit for us if you Have a background in technical sales and customer service. Enjoy both customer contact and collaboration with colleagues. Are service-oriented with high customer focus - a satisfied customer is a returning customer! Have a strong interest in technology and enjoy learning about new products and technical solutions. Have good computer skills and a strong interest in learning different software and new systems. Are comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. It is a plus if you also Have surveying training or practical experience with surveying. Have experience with Trimble products or other surveying equipment. Have a technical or IT education.
