Inside Sales Representative for PR Home in Viared

About the Position: As an inside sales representative, you will work in a team where your goal is to contribute with engagement, clarity, and positive momentum to the organization. To succeed in this role, you need a strong commercial focus and clear business acumen. Your main duties and areas of responsibility: • Actively conduct sales work (e.g., follow up on inquiries and investigate customer needs) • Actively work to bring in new customers together with our field sales representatives in the region • Maintain and develop relationships with our existing customers • Create and follow up on customer quotes • Handle any complaints and other customer inquiries • Receive and register incoming orders • Collaborate with all colleagues in the company to provide the best customer service Who Are You? As a person, you love selling and helping customers via phone and email—both new and existing customers. You are creative, curious, solution-oriented, and motivated by creating growth and developing business. To succeed in this role, you also need to be analytical and well-organized with the ability to quickly identify business opportunities. We are looking for someone who thrives in a team environment and contributes energy, clarity, and collaboration. This position is a hybrid between inside sales and customer service, so it is important that you are also administratively inclined. Your Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience from sales or service is a plus but not required • Experience selling via phone is a plus, but who you are as a person weighs more heavily.
