Inside Sales Representative at JIAB in Kiruna

We need to strengthen our team in Kiruna with an inside sales representative where the role largely involves sales and rental of our products and services. You will primarily be available at our depot and by phone, but in some cases you may visit customers at their workplaces. Your main task is to rent out our products and services – both new orders and following up on ongoing rentals or capturing our customers' upcoming needs. Of course it's important to work with our existing customers, but we also want you to actively contact new customers. You should enjoy customer interactions and always be a natural point of contact who can guide the customer to the right products. Together with your colleagues, the focus should always be on finding the best solution for the customer. As a person, we see that you are extremely solution-focused and always prioritize what's best for the customer. You should be motivated by building good relationships and driven by exceeding customer expectations. As an inside sales representative, you need to be organized and like order and structure. If you have experience from the construction industry, that's a plus. You also need to be proficient with computers as most of the work is done in our internal rental system. Your title will be inside sales representative, but at our depot we help each other through collaboration. If we need to urgently deliver a product and our drivers are on other assignments, our inside sales representative may deliver to the customer as well. Requirements: Category B driver's license Proficient with computers Communicate well in Swedish and English It is a great advantage if you have sales experience.
