As a proactive inside sales representative, you will work with sales of our insurance products via telephone. You are part of a team whose primary task is to strengthen our outbound sales activities with both our existing customers and our proactive work in the broader market. The work is conducted mainly during daytime hours, but time outside regular working hours may also be included as we sometimes work with various customer events.

If you have previous experience with sales/advisory services within banking and insurance and are accustomed to using a computer and telephone as your primary tools, that is a merit. To thrive in this role, you should be a good communicator who can express yourself fluently in both speech and writing. Good knowledge of the English language is important.
Personal qualities that would serve you well include being goal-oriented and motivated by creating good results. You have your own drive, take initiative, and readily embrace new challenges. You like to be involved and have influence. We expect you to be passionate about sales and creating long-term customer relationships. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
Experience within insurance is viewed as a merit.
