About the Position This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting at least six months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Tage Lindblom. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment. About the Company Tage Lindblom has delivered food to Swedish kitchens for over 100 years. The company sells and markets a broad assortment, primarily to the Swedish foodservice market and food industry. The product portfolio includes several well-known brands and comprises mainly grocery items as well as cheese and dairy products. A large portion of the assortment is organic, and products are available at many of the country's restaurant and foodservice distributors. Every day, Tage Lindblom's products are served at schools, restaurants, hotels, and cafés throughout Sweden. The company has annual revenues of approximately 500 MSEK and employs around 25 people. The culture here is family-oriented and unpretentious, with employees working closely together to create as much value as possible for customers. Tage Lindblom is in an exciting development phase where the company both manages a strong heritage and continues to develop its product and brand portfolio. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape new ways of working and collaborations, both within the company and with colleagues across the Nordic region. Responsibilities As Procurement Coordinator / Project Manager, you will have a broad role combining procurement with project management. You will work with administration and follow-up of contracts, prices, and volumes, as well as develop forecasts and handle invoice discrepancies. The role also involves covering Supply Chain needs and operational procurement work when necessary, such as order placement and delivery monitoring. In parallel, you will drive procurement-related projects related to, for example, new product launches, product development, and onboarding of new brands. You will coordinate project activities, timelines, and decision points, monitor progress, and coordinate work between procurement, quality, sales, and suppliers. Examples of responsibilities: Administer and monitor contracts, prices, and volumes, and ensure correct information in systems Develop forecasts and monitoring reports, and monitor volumes and deliveries Handle and correct price and invoice discrepancies Project manage procurement-related new launches and product development projects from initiation to launch Coordinate project activities, timelines, and decision points, and monitor progress Participate in onboarding and implementation of new brands and products Coordinate and contribute to developing Nordic collaboration around Tage Lindblom's products and brands Prepare materials for meetings and coordinate, for example, supplier visits and procurement trips Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Post-secondary education At least two years of professional experience with personal responsibility in areas such as procurement, supply chain, product development, or similar Strong Excel skills Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Experience from the food industry is a merit Experience with quality work is a merit To thrive in this role, you are unpretentious, positive, and solution-oriented.
