In this role, you analyze procurement data, identify business opportunities, and drive initiatives that strengthen profitability at the group level. You develop procurement and assortment strategies, create synergies between companies, and contribute to more data-driven and scalable procurement work.
About the PositionYou work across the group and closely with operational business units to develop procurement and assortment strategies and realize identified potential. The role is new, which provides good opportunities to influence working methods and structure. Initially, the focus is on mapping supplier structures, analyzing assortment, and identifying coordination opportunities that strengthen profitability. Over time, you will have greater strategic responsibility and broad exposure across the entire group.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze procurement data, supplier structures, and assortment to identify improvement potential
• Drive initiatives for consolidated procurement and improved gross margin
• Work with assortment optimization and category development across multiple companies
• Contribute to the development of the group's private label initiatives
• Evaluate supplier agreements and support commercial negotiations
• Prepare decision-making materials and business analyses for strategic initiatives
• Coordinate change projects together with operational managers
• Contribute to digitalization initiatives linked to procurement flows and system support
• Ensure structure and quality in product data related to e-commerce and business systems
• Identify new supplier and business opportunities

We Are Looking for You Who
• Have an academic degree in, for example, industrial economics, economics, supply chain management, business analytics, or equivalent
• Have approximately 1–5 years of experience in procurement, strategy, business development, management consulting, or category management
• Are highly analytical and comfortable working data-driven
• Have strong business understanding and a commercial mindset
• Have excellent knowledge of Excel and work seamlessly in digital systems
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
It is advantageous if you have experience in Strategic procurement or sourcing, Commercial analysis, and Change or efficiency projects.

Employment and Other InformationEmployment terms, salary, and other benefits will be negotiated directly between you and Deltra during the final stages of the recruitment process. You will report to Karl Öberg, cluster manager at Deltra responsible for four of the companies, and have a dotted line to the CEO of Deltra.
Scope: Full-time
Location: Exportgatan, Hisingen. Please note that travel occurs approximately every other week.
Remote Work: You are expected to work from the office; remote work is offered in exceptional cases.
Start: After summer 2026, taking into account notice period.
