About the Role We are now looking for a Procurement, Warehouse, and Office Administrator who wants to take overall responsibility for the company's procurement and warehouse flows and contribute to creating structure and efficient working methods. You will work closely with the company's COO and become a key person in daily operations. This is a broad role in an entrepreneurship-driven company where everyone works together to ensure operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for everything from procurement and warehouse management to international transportation and administrative tasks, process documentation, and practical office responsibilities. Your main responsibilities: Place orders and follow up and register deliveries Manage warehouse operations and ensure correct warehouse flows Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries and ensure goods reach the right location Book transportation and handle customs and freight documentation, primarily for international shipments Work with finance-related issues linked to warehouse, procurement, and flows Document and develop routines, processes, and working methods Manage the office's daily operations, such as purchasing consumables, contacting cleaning services, landlords, and other external partners Handle practical office matters and coordinate facility adjustments as needed Support operations with administrative and operational tasks as needed Contribute to developing the company's processes, systems, and structure What We're Looking For You have experience working with warehouse management, procurement, and logistics flows and you thrive in a role where you can take responsibility. You understand how products move through the business, from ordering and inventory management to customer delivery, and have good insight into how these flows affect both operations and finances. You are a structured and thorough person who enjoys creating order and organization, documenting working methods, and ensuring important details are not overlooked. At the same time, you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where conditions can change quickly and where you need to be able to switch between different types of tasks. For success in this role, we would like to see that you: Have experience with warehouse management and logistics flows Have strong administrative skills and work in a structured and thorough manner Understand financial relationships, for example how inventory and procurement values affect operations Feel comfortable with English as a working language in an international environment Are unpretentious and see it as natural to handle both qualified and practical tasks Thrive in a varied role where one moment you work with logistics and the next you place orders for office supplies and other necessary purchases to ensure the workplace is pleasant and functional Have an ability to build trusting relationships while also daring to ask questions and challenge established working methods Thrive in a changing business with high engagement and varying tasks We also believe you appreciate working close to operations, taking your own initiative, and being involved in developing processes, structures, and working methods over time.
