About the Role As a procurement officer/purchasing manager with us, you will have a varied role where you work both strategically and operatively. You are responsible for the entire purchasing and procurement process - from needs analysis and market dialogue to implementation, contract follow-up, and development of working methods and supplier partnerships. You will work closely with the operations and provide support to managers and employees on matters related to purchasing, contracts, and procurement. Responsibilities The role includes, among other things: Planning and implementing procurements Preparing procurement documents and specifications Driving and developing strategic purchasing work Conducting analyses of purchases, costs, and supplier market Negotiating and following up on contracts Ensuring that purchases are made in accordance with applicable laws, guidelines, and internal processes Providing support to the organization on purchasing and contract matters Contributing to the development and improvement of processes and working methods What We're Looking For We are looking for someone with experience in purchasing and procurement who enjoys working both strategically and operatively. As a person, you are structured, analytical, and have a business-minded approach. The role requires that you can drive your own processes while having good collaboration skills and an ability to build trust within the organization. You should also have good IT skills. We would particularly like to see that you have: Experience in purchasing and/or procurement Experience in contract management and supplier dialogue Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish Post-secondary education in purchasing, procurement, economics, or law Experience with public procurement according to LUF What We Offer With us, you will have the opportunity to work in an important and developing role where you contribute to society and the organization's long-term development.
