We are seeking a procurement specialist who wants to combine structure, analysis, and collaboration with development and change management. Case Support and Service Unit This position is part of the Case Support and Service Unit, which has a broad cross-agency mandate. The 18 employees in the unit work with case and archive management, internal services, reception, management support, business security, operations controlling, procurement and purchasing, data protection, and information security. We collaborate across our different operational areas and work toward our common goal of creating conditions for the agency's managers and employees to succeed. Responsibilities Our e-commerce work is in an exciting development phase, and you will be a central person in introducing, developing, and anchoring new working methods in the organization. It is equally about technology and processes as it is about creating engagement and getting people to want to work in new ways. You will work closely with operations and support our purchasers in daily procurement work while driving development forward. You will ensure that purchases are made in accordance with agreements and contribute to making our procurement more efficient, sustainable, and digital. You will, among other things: project lead and develop the agency's e-commerce work support and guide purchasers in the organization develop and administer our e-commerce system manage suppliers, articles, and catalogs analyze purchasing patterns and monitor contract compliance contribute to integrating sustainability aspects into procurement work train, inform, and create engagement around new working methods identify improvement opportunities and drive change initiatives. You will be part of a national e-commerce network alongside your counterparts at other county administrations. On the unit, you will be part of a team with our procurement and purchasing coordinators, and together you will plan and develop the agency's procurement and purchasing work. Other important collaborators for you will be our accounting economists and the purchasers throughout the agency. Qualifications We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in, for example, procurement, e-commerce, logistics, or purchasing. Alternatively, you have other education and/or experience that the employer considers relevant. You also have: multiple years of experience in qualified procurement work experience monitoring purchases and contracts experience analyzing data, such as spend analysis good understanding of digital tools and system support excellent skills in Excel strong ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing It is a merit if you have experience from the public sector, preferably from a county administration. It is also desirable that you have experience or knowledge of sustainability issues related to procurement and purchasing. You are responsible with a structured working approach and the ability to drive your processes forward independently. You collaborate easily and build trusting relationships, and you are attentive and accommodating in your interactions. You are a good listener and strive to deliver solutions based on the recipient's needs and the specific situation. You thrive in change and are motivated by developing work methods, processes, and solutions. When something can be done better, you are often the one who sees the opportunity first and helps others find the way forward. You think a well-made pivot table is somewhat beautiful, and you enjoy diving deep into data, finding patterns, and using analyses as the basis for sound decisions. Terms The position is full-time and is permanent. We apply a 6-month probationary period as standard on our permanent positions. Start date as soon as agreed. The position is classified as requiring security clearance, which means Swedish citizenship is a requirement. A security vetting will be conducted prior to employment decision. Other Interviews will be conducted on September 17, 22, and 24. Work tests may be used as part of the recruitment process.
