About the Role As a buyer at Konstsmide, you will have a central and operational role where you are responsible for purchasing the company's Christmas and lighting product range. The role involves close collaboration with sales, customer service, warehouse, and international suppliers. You will work with order placement, delivery monitoring, forecasting, demand planning, and coordination within the group to ensure that the right products are available at the right time. You manage discrepancies in the supply chain, support customer service with changes in order flow, and continuously work with reporting and monitoring of sales, inventory, and delivery performance. You will have many points of contact, both internally and externally. About You You are a social, thorough, and organized person who thrives with taking responsibility and working proactively. You have experience in procurement, supply chain, or similar roles where planning, coordination, and follow-up have been a natural part of your daily work. You have good system knowledge and feel comfortable with the Office suite, especially Excel. Power BI and Dynamics 365 are systems under implementation and development within the organization. Knowledge of one or both is a merit, but not a requirement for the role. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of German is a plus but not decisive. As a person, you are solution-oriented, analytical, and have the ability to prioritize when multiple activities are ongoing simultaneously. You are curious, want to develop, and are motivated by taking responsibility in an operation where forward planning and structure are crucial for success.
