Procurement Specialist

About the RoleThe role involves both operational and more long-term tasks within procurement and supply chain. You will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and also be involved in developing and improving work methods and processes. Your responsibilities will include: Procurement and planning related to return and repair flows Ensuring material and product availability with external partners Coordinating order and logistics flows between different parties Working with planning based on current and future demand Ensuring that information and data in the business system are accurate Balancing and optimizing material flows from different suppliers and sources Analyzing data and identifying improvement opportunities, as well as driving and participating in continuous improvement work We are Looking for YouWith a relevant university degree in, for example, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or similar Strong Excel skills Good system experience and preferably experience with ERP systems Very good Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written It is a plus if you have previous experience in procurement, supply chain, aftermarket, or return flows To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be structured and meticulous while also being flexible when circumstances change.
