Gjöco AB is now looking for a driven and meticulous person with immediate start according to agreement. Gjöco AB manufactures paint and chemical products. Gjöco AB is located in Perstorp and has 25 employees. About the role As a Procurement & Production Planner, you will be an important person in procurement, logistics, and the production flow. The work involves daily contact with internal functions and suppliers, and you will have a central role in ensuring that the right materials are in place at the right time. You will work in an environment where structure, quality, and good communication are essential. Your tasks Place and follow up on purchase orders in the business system Monitor deliveries, handle discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams Update article data such as prices, lead times, and supplier information Administer procurement-related documents and reports Collaborate with goods receiving and logistics functions Ensure that procurement processes follow procedures and quality requirements Maintain contact and communication with suppliers Plan production We are looking for someone who has Experience from procurement, logistics, administration, or similar role Good system proficiency and confidence in working with business systems Very good knowledge of Excel and the Office package Structure, accuracy, and ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel Strong communication skills in Swedish and English It is a requirement that you have Experience with procurement work within industry or manufacturing Chemical knowledge and experience from the chemical industry Worked with call-offs or article administration Post-secondary education in procurement, economics, logistics, or engineering As a person, we believe you are Structured and quality-conscious Communicative and collaboration-oriented Solution-focused and proactive Responsible and confident in working independently Our working hours are Monday-Friday 07:30-16:00 with lunch 12:00-12:30.
