About the Role: As a procurement specialist, you will work both operationally and tactically with sourcing within contracting, operations, and FM services, where you will: Lead and conduct procurements (RFQ/RFP) within construction/projects, operations, and maintenance Develop and manage the supplier base based on performance, risk, and business objectives Work closely with the operations organization to ensure that procured solutions are implementable and efficient Be a key contact with the client, suppliers, and internal functions Main Responsibilities Plan and conduct procurements from an operational and tactical perspective Prepare request for quotation documents, requirement specifications, and evaluation models Conduct supplier assessments, negotiations, and contract signing in accordance with central processes Monitor agreements and supplier performance through KPIs and audits Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure correct scope and level of procurements Manage deviations, risks, and corrective actions related to suppliers Contribute to the development of processes, working methods, and standardization within procurement Identify efficiencies and development initiatives in the supplier chain Qualifications: Experience with procurement/sourcing within construction, real estate, and contracting (ABFF15, AB04 & ABT06) At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role Understanding of contracts, construction law, and supplier management Experience working with KMA issues in sourcing or delivery Good knowledge of operational and tactical procurement Experience working systematically with documentation and follow-up Very strong communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written Meritorious: Experience with public procurement (LOU) Background in operations contracting or infrastructure Experience with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, and 55001) Experience from larger or international organizations We believe you are: A team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge Business-driven and structured Very experienced in negotiations and supplier dialogue Self-driven and solution-oriented Able to combine operational execution with tactical improvement work Other Information Some of our clients conduct operations that in certain cases require placement in a security classification and subsequent record check in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585 Chapter 3). Security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be relevant for certain client assignments The position is full-time and a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months.
