About the role

About the job
You will become part of the Structural Integrity and Fuel Service unit, where the Primary System Strategic Maintenance group operates and is responsible for testing and maintenance of major primary system components, such as the reactor vessel, steam generators, pressurizers and fuel handling equipment.
The Primary System Strategic Maintenance group currently consists of 11 people. Work is conducted in a regulated operation where regulatory requirements, safety and quality are a natural part of daily work. An important part of the task is to help ensure that maintenance and testing is planned, performed and followed up in a structured manner.
Your responsibilities
The role focuses on preparations for and participation in recurring inspections, testing and maintenance activities. You will be involved in both development work and strategic maintenance work and collaborate with multiple technical areas.
Examples of work tasks:
Procure and qualify testing and maintenance services
Lead assignments from start to completion, including work supervision during execution
Develop and maintain maintenance instructions, plans and programs for components, equipment and tools
Monitor technical developments and experiences in specific areas in the external environment
Where needed, prepare needs and decision-making documents and participate in internal development work
Collaborate with operations, technical, maintenance and chemistry teams
Compile and report performed maintenance and inspections
During outages you may also participate in operational work, such as visual inspections.
Job requirements
About you
We are looking for someone with a technical background who enjoys a role where structure, documentation and collaboration are a major part of daily work. You have several years of experience from a relevant technical environment and want to continue developing long-term with us.
We would like you to have:
Post-secondary technical education, such as vocational school or university, or equivalent experience
Experience from technology, maintenance, testing, process industry or other complex facility environments
Understanding of mechanical design and interest in getting to grips with technical issues
Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish as well as good knowledge of English
Familiarity with administrative work and documentation
Meritorious qualifications
Experience from nuclear power or other regulated operations
Facility knowledge from Ringhals
