We are now looking for an Engineer - Maintenance Manager for the Technical Renewal Maintenance group at Forsmark. About the Job You will work with complex and long-term maintenance issues where analysis and implementation take place in steps, with significant impact on Forsmark's future operations and maintenance. The role involves you, as a project member from the maintenance department, representing the maintenance department's interests in facility renewal. To assist you, you have representatives from different maintenance groups that you coordinate. Examples of Work Tasks Represent maintenance interests in project decisions Ensure maintenance needs related to component selection, spare parts, and maintenance programs Ensure maintainability of new solutions over time Plan, follow up, and drive progress in facility renewal work Write reports Take responsibility for resource allocation, schedules, and budgets Coordinate work between different resources and ensure quality at each step Work closely with functions such as engineering, procurement, production, and external partners You will become part of an engaged team with approximately 15 colleagues. Requirements Specification We are looking for someone who is engaged and technically interested in ensuring maintainability during facility changes. You take initiative and drive the work forward, even in complex situations where the path is not always clear. You thrive in long-term processes and have a structured and quality-conscious work approach. You plan your work well, keep the whole picture together, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. We see that you have: Technical university education or equivalent experience Several years of experience from similar roles within industry or maintenance Good ability to document and formulate technical materials, such as maintenance plans and instructions Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Meriting: Experience in project management, coordination, or work supervision Experience from process industry Additional Information With us, you get to work close to both technology and people in assignments that make a difference.
