Company Description Business Unit (BU) Vattenfall Power Solutions is a business unit with approximately 700 employees within Business Area (BA) Vattenfall Generation. We train personnel in Swedish nuclear power, deliver nuclear fuel to Vattenfall's nuclear power plants, develop and implement projects and assignments, and provide internal technical specialist services for all of Vattenfall's operations, group staffs, and stakeholders. This includes activities such as developing and providing training, project management and project support, analysis management and investigations, product development, nuclear technical safety and dam safety assignments. Within the business unit Vattenfall Power Solutions, our focus is to develop our capabilities in project management and selected key technical disciplines. Your Responsibilities Work with requirements and licensing basis, for example: work with safety reporting and its analyses strategy work related to successful licensing and requirement fulfillment interpret emerging issues and assess or propose feasible solutions that can meet the facility's needs and regulatory requirements interpretation and implementation of new regulatory requirements write documents with technical content Requirements We are looking for someone who has: a degree in civil or technical engineering, or relevant work experience in the field several years of experience and expertise in licensing, requirements management, and classification strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English competence with the Office suite B-class driver's license Meriting if you have: experience from nuclear power, nuclear technical operations, or other process/power industry knowledge of design principles for nuclear power plants or nuclear technical operations, as well as knowledge of the facility's documentation, operation, and waste management About You As a person, you are comfortable with independent and responsible work where you, with both your adaptability and strong analytical skills, create a comprehensive perspective and momentum in your work. You are good at collaborating, but also at driving issues independently from idea to result, where you place great emphasis on quality and maintain good relationships both internally and externally. You are skilled at expressing yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
