About the position We are looking for an infrastructure specialist in SharePoint who will develop and maintain Svenska Kraftnät's collaboration platforms within the digital workplace. Svenska Kraftnät's goal is to be one of the most attractive employers, and you will become a key person in delivering a digital workplace that contributes to that goal. You will be part of the unit responsible for the digital workplace at Svenska Kraftnät, which handles parts of the underlying IT infrastructure. The unit currently consists of about twenty employees plus a number of consultants, and we will grow to be able to handle the organization's changing needs. The unit is responsible for a range of solutions, such as clients (both Linux and Windows), operating systems, software, identity and access management (IAM), directory services, conference solutions, Mobile Device Management, and digital collaboration tools including IT support. Main responsibilities: Maintain and further develop Svenska Kraftnät's collaboration platform, which is currently SharePoint (OnPrem). Maintain and develop Security Baselines. Handle incidents that could not be resolved by IT support. Drive automation of recurring tasks and improve workflows for increased efficiency. Respond for documentation of, for example, solutions, workflows, and technical changes related to SharePoint. To succeed in this role, you have several years of experience working with different types of collaboration platforms and Windows, and a great technical interest. Furthermore, you have: Academic education with a focus on data/IT, systems science, or equivalent competence obtained in another way that we deem equivalent. Several years of work experience with installation and configuration of Windows, SharePoint (OnPrem), and experience with SharePoint (Online). Several years of work experience developing PowerShell scripts. Several years of work experience with development and management of Windows environments (clients and servers). Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Relevant experience with M365. Experience working with Exchange. It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience of: Working in an organization where IT security and data protection are especially important. Working with AD, Entra ID, and Azure. Migration of Microsoft products from OnPrem to Online. Practically applied agile working methods, such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban. Good to know The position is located in Sundbyberg/Stockholm.
