The Security and Preparedness unit is responsible for Skånetrafiken's data protection, information security work, operational protection work, civil defense efforts, crisis preparedness, and operational security work. This also includes Skånetrafiken's operational duty function. RESPONSIBILITIES With your expertise as an information security specialist, you will help the organization identify risks, protect sensitive information, and create sustainable working methods in a changing digital environment. You will collaborate with different parts of the organization and contribute to structured and proactive security work, from risk analyses and information classification to incident management and training initiatives. You will, in close cooperation with the unit's information security coordinator, be involved in driving and developing operations within the subject area. This means you contribute by analyzing operations, presenting proposals for measures and improvements, and following up on these. The assignment also involves developing and managing working procedures within the subject area. On behalf of the unit manager for Security and Preparedness, you will, in cooperation with other specialists and coordinators, work on developing overall procedures and processes and integrating information security issues into Skånetrafiken's overall work in this area. Furthermore, the role will involve establishing administrative procedures and regulations and serving as a case handler for the function's various other matters. The work will be conducted in close cooperation with the unit's other competencies, and as an information security specialist at Skånetrafiken, you will work in close cooperation with specialists in the same field at other operations within Region Skåne. The position also includes, within the subject area: · providing practical advice and support to operations on information security matters · participating in the development of the information security process · supporting operations' work with information classification and risk analysis · acting as risk analysis leader and leading risk workshops · supporting data protection work, for example with impact assessments and interest balancing · supporting the development of data flow diagrams · supporting the development of information security work in the administration · informing and training on information security matters · assisting in investigating, managing, and reporting information security incidents and personal data incidents. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you if you have higher education or equivalent qualification in information security, IT security, law focused on IT, or other education and experience that we consider equivalent. You have experience leading workshops, risk analyses, and information classifications. Additionally, you have interest and experience in both technical and legal aspects of information security. Good knowledge of Swedish in both speaking and writing, as well as strong ability to document and communicate in a pedagogical manner, are essential for the position. Meritorious competencies: · knowledge of regulations, such as NIS or NIS-2 · certification in ISO 27001 (international information security standard) · work with compliance monitoring · experience with DPIA and incident management · experience working in Microsoft Visio.
