WORK TASKS
As an Information Security Coordinator at the Security and Occupational Health Unit, you will carry out operational information security work by providing support to the business. You will have a central role supporting the company's water and wastewater operations. You will actively work to help the business implement legal compliance and the company's goals for information security and data protection.
Your main responsibilities:
• Support the Data Protection Officer with the company's privacy protection work related to water and wastewater
• Support water and wastewater operations in various analytical work such as mapping information and classifying information
• Conduct risk analyses, impact assessments, interest balancing, and suitability assessments
• Document items within; personal data processing, AI models, asset management
• Support water and wastewater operations in developing organizational and technical security measures for both internal action plans and external contractual requirements
• Support and/or develop and conduct training, governance and supporting documents
• Support and/or develop work processes in the operations
QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Knowledge and experience in information classification
• Knowledge of various legal areas related to information security
• Class B driver's license
• Swedish in speech and writing
To succeed in the role of Information Security Coordinator, we see that you have a strong drive and are accustomed to taking your own initiative. You have a problem-solving approach and ability to handle challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and good ability to see the big picture. Since the work often involves change management, you must be flexible, change-oriented, and able to drive processes forward with a clear focus on results.
The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, so we see that you easily build trusting relationships, collaborate with various stakeholders, and communicate complex information clearly and pedagogically.

The position is a permanent employment with placement at the head office in Ulvsunda, Bromma, but you will also move between our plants in Henriksdal, Bromma, Lovö, and Norsborg, as well as the office in Högdalen. Service vehicles are available.
