The Security Unit works to ensure that Hudiksvall is safe and secure. The unit is part of the Municipal Executive Administration and consists of seven dedicated employees who are responsible for safety, crime prevention, security, emergency preparedness, civil defense, and information security. Your workplace is located in modern facilities at Kattvikskajen, an inspiring neighborhood with close proximity to public transportation and a fantastic view over the boat harbor. In the area, several of the municipality's operations within community development and growth, digitalization and development are gathered, together with the research institute RISE, which creates a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
As an Information Security Coordinator, you will have a central role in driving, developing, and coordinating the municipality's information security work.
Your responsibilities include:
Provide support and advice to the municipality's operations in information security.
Develop the municipality's model for information classification.
Create and monitor analyses and governance documents for information security.
Plan and conduct training in the field.
Provide support in the municipality's risk analyses related to information security.
Propose, plan, and monitor security improvement measures.
Cooperate with other municipalities and authorities regarding information security matters.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have:
Academic education in information security or other education that the employer deems equivalent. In exceptional cases, relevant work experience combined with other education may be considered equivalent.
At least two years of relevant work experience.
Experience working with information security.
Good knowledge of the NIS2 and CER directives.
Class B driver's license.
It is meritorious if you have:
Legal expertise in information security or related fields.
Experience working with information security management systems (ISMS) according to the SS-ISO/IEC 27000 standard series.
Experience working in the public sector.
