Do you want a key role where you combine structure, legal understanding and work close to operations with information? At SigtunaHem we are now looking for an Information and Archive Manager who wants to contribute to order, quality and development in a company with a clear public mission.
About us
SigtunaHem is a non-profit housing company with headquarters in Märsta. We are approximately 78 employees and operate in an organization with short decision-making paths where collaboration and commitment are central.
We are in a development phase where business support has been brought together in a new organization. Here you will have the opportunity to be part of building structure, developing working methods and strengthening how we work with information, documentation and regulatory compliance.
With us you will meet a familiar and welcoming culture where people thrive, work closely together and contribute to a greater purpose – creating safe and sustainable residential areas.
About the role
As Information and Archive Manager, you have a central role in ensuring that SigtunaHem handles information correctly, systematically and efficiently. You work both operationally and developmentally and serve as an expert and driving force in the field.
In the role you will, among other things:

Support the organization with questions related to information management, data protection and regulations
Develop and improve routines, processes and working methods within the information field
Be system administrator/superuser in relevant systems
Facilitate board work by administering meetings, notices and minutes
You work closely with both management and operations and have many contact points, internally and externally – including with the municipality's archives authority and various process owners in the organization.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who thrives in an independent role where you take responsibility, create structure and drive issues forward. You have good pedagogical abilities and enjoy supporting and guiding others through complex issues. You are confident in handling sensitive information with high integrity.
We want you to have:

Several years of experience in information management, archives or records management
Experience working with the Archives Act, OSL and GDPR
Experience with document registration and document management
Good experience with digital systems for case or document management
Very good Swedish in speech and writing
It is a merit if you have:

We offer
We offer an independent and developing role where you get great responsibility and the opportunity to influence how we work with information management going forward. With us you get the opportunity to build structure and drive development work in an operation with a clear public mission. We have flexible working methods with the possibility of hybrid work, a familiar workplace with short decision-making paths and engaged colleagues. We are located in nice premises in Märsta with good commuting options and offer a working environment where collaboration and well-being are in focus.
