Information Management Specialist for the Airport Operations and Equipment Service of the Aviation and Special Operations Directorate of the State Border Guard Requirements for job candidates: - Professional secondary education or short-cycle (first level) professional higher education in the thematic area of computer science, engineering and technology, mathematics and statistics, or physical sciences; or professional secondary education for an employee pursuing short-cycle (first level) professional higher education in one of the aforementioned education fields; - Desired experience working with computer equipment, information systems, office and telecommunications equipment; - Ability to work with computer programs (MS Word, MS Excel, email and internet browsers); - Technical English language knowledge (proficiency in English terminology related to engineering and technology, technical systems, or telecommunications); - Prior to assuming the position, a 2nd category (secret) special authorization for access to state secrets is required. Main job responsibilities: - Ensure maintenance in proper technical condition and continuous operation of the directorate's security, fire safety signalization, territory and premises access control, notification and territory security video surveillance systems, aviation radio station systems, and weather station equipment; - Perform the duties of manager and security supervisor for the directorate's special records information system; - Plan and coordinate information system functionality and analyze necessary improvements; - Perform the duties of security coordinator for the Border Guard Information System and Border Guard Electronic Information System; - Determine the directorate's needs for development of information systems, computer equipment, office and telecommunications equipment; - Be familiar with the functional capabilities of software and technical equipment available to the directorate and monitor compliance with licensing requirements; - Draft internal regulatory acts, procedural documents, technical specifications, and other documents; - Perform the duties of information resource holder, technical resource holder, and responsible person for the directorate's territory, buildings and premises video surveillance system security; - Organize receipt of material assets related to the operation of information systems, computer equipment, office and telecommunications equipment; - Ensure procurement of goods and services and conduct market research of potential suppliers; - Ensure acceptance of results from contractors for mobile phone maintenance, repairs and communications services; conduct monthly analysis of telephone expenses; - Prepare video and presentation materials and provide methodological assistance to directorate personnel on software and computer equipment use and conduct training on information system security.
