Senior Security Specialist, Information Systems Management Division, Main Headquarters
Requirements for candidates:
- Bachelor's degree or first-cycle higher education (Level 6 professional qualification) in information and communication technologies, engineering and technology (electronics and automation education program group) or interdisciplinary programs and qualifications including information and communication technologies in the education thematic area;
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a systems analyst or security specialist in medium or large system maintenance, or experience in security documentation development (security policies, user access management, incident response plans, risk assessments, etc.);
- Technical English language knowledge (proficiency in computer science terminology in English);
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and related standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27002, ISO 22301) or Structured Query Language (SQL) query creation, knowledge of programming languages and their application, basic programming skills;
- Ability to use information technology (IT) industry standards;
- Ability to prepare technical descriptions, use and apply systems analysis and resource assessment methodologies.
Key job responsibilities:
- Perform systems analysis and security management functions for the State Border Guard electronic information systems (REIS) and Border Protection Information System (RAIS);
- Ensure REIS and RAIS security compliance with requirements set in ICT sector regulations, resolve operational issues in REIS and RAIS, analyze root causes of problems;
- Develop and implement regulatory acts related to REIS and RAIS security within the institution;
- Develop REIS and RAIS security risk analysis methodology and coordinate information security risk management processes;
- Develop and implement REIS and RAIS security incident management processes and coordinate incident investigations;
- Conduct REIS and RAIS security risk analysis and monitor implementation of risk mitigation measures;
- Maintain REIS and RAIS business continuity plans;
- Ensure functionality testing of REIS and RAIS in development and maintenance projects, provide support in preventing IT security incidents or coordinate their resolution in collaboration with REIS and RAIS developers and maintainers;
- Participate in preparing REIS and RAIS assessments regarding data protection impact;
- Ensure State Border Guard representation in ICT matters in projects or working groups of other Ministry of Interior agencies, Smart Administration and Regional Development Ministry, and State Digital Development Agency information systems.
