About the Role IUC Industrihubb is owned by the industry in the region and works together with financiers and public actors to strengthen the competitiveness of local industrial companies. As an industrial developer with us, you work closely with the region's industry, with special focus on small and medium-sized industrial companies. You build relationships, understand company needs, and drive development together with them. Your work involves: Visiting companies and building long-term relationships Driving and implementing development initiatives Coaching leaders and employees in change work Leading networks and conducting shorter training sessions Bringing in external expertise when needed Collaborating with actors such as Almi, RISE, universities, and the region The work is varied. Some days you are out at companies, other days you focus on planning, analysis, or developing new initiatives together with the team. We work with improvements, development steps, and a structured approach, often inspired by Lean. Who We Are Looking For There is no perfect template, but you recognize yourself in this: You have experience from industry or industry support activities You have worked with development, improvement, or change You are comfortable meeting people and building trust-based relationships You combine structure with drive in implementation You want to develop both operations and people Your background could be, for example, project manager, manager, production technician, lean coordinator, operations developer, or similar. You don't need to know everything from the start—in this job, nobody does. What matters is your willingness to continuously develop together with the rest of the team in line with industry needs.
