Do you have solid experience from the industrial sector and are driven by developing other people? On behalf of our client Prokon, we are now seeking several technical specialists who want to be part of training the future industrial workforce.
We are looking for you who have deep knowledge in automation, robotics, process engineering, or maintenance and who want to combine your technical expertise with an educational assignment. The role suits both you who already work with education and you who want to take the step from industry to a more knowledge-transfer focused role.
About the Role
As an educator and subject specialist, you will contribute to the development of training programs for both vocational college students and working professionals within industry. You will conduct training sessions, mentor projects, and participate in developing course materials and practical exercises with a clear connection to industry's real needs.
Teaching takes place both digitally and on-site at training providers and corporate clients. The scope of the assignment can be adapted to your availability and in some cases combined with other professional assignments.
We are looking for you who have experience in one or more of the following areas
Automation
PLC programming, for example Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff or Allen-Bradley
HMI and SCADA systems
Industrial networks and communication solutions
Troubleshooting, commissioning and control technology
Sensors, actuators and industrial control systems
Robotics
Programming and commissioning of industrial robots
Experience with ABB, FANUC, KUKA, UR or similar manufacturers
Robot cells, safety systems and simulation
Optimization and troubleshooting in automated production environments
Process Engineering
Process control and industrial flows
Measurement and control technology
Operation, optimization and quality assurance
Documentation and improvement work within process industry
Maintenance
Preventive, corrective or predictive maintenance
Operational reliability, root cause analysis and troubleshooting
Maintenance systems and maintenance planning
Experience with TPM, vibration analysis or thermography is a merit
Your Profile
We believe you have a strong technical foundation combined with a desire to share your knowledge. You are organized, communicative, and have the ability to explain complex technical relationships in a pedagogical manner.
We particularly value you if you:
Have both theoretical knowledge and practical experience from industry
Enjoy training, mentoring or coaching others
Are creative and enjoy developing new materials and new training concepts
Want to contribute to strengthening Sweden's future industrial competence supply
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, vocational higher education (YH) diploma or equivalent competence at SeQF level 6 or higher
Documented experience in one or more of the relevant technical areas
Merits
Experience in teaching, training or mentoring
Green Belt certification or higher
Experience with improvement work or technical project management
Knowledge in IT, hardware and software
Experience with Raspberry Pi or similar platforms
