About the Position We are seeking industrial workers for both ongoing and upcoming assignments with our client in Piteå. Work tasks may vary and encompass several different functions depending on the department. The positions involve work in logistics or production, where precision, responsibility, and a strong sense of quality are essential. In the logistics department, you will perform tasks such as forklift operation, goods handling, and packing and sorting of components. In production, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment. The work also includes ensuring high product quality by identifying and addressing any deviations. Overhead crane operation is also part of the responsibilities. This position is a full-time consulting assignment with a 6-month probationary period, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right person. Working hours are arranged on a shift basis. Common shift patterns are 3-shift, 4-shift, and 5-shift schedules. Daytime work may also occur, for example during the training period. About You We are looking for someone who is responsible, quality-conscious, and has a genuine interest in the industrial field. You thrive working toward common goals, but also have the ability to take your own initiative and drive your work forward with structure and precision. Good teamwork and communication skills are highly valued, as is your willingness to develop and learn new things. In addition, you must speak and write Swedish well. Personal suitability carries significant weight, but we particularly value it if you have: Experience working in production or industry. Education/experience in electrical work, skilled trades, CNC, welding, or equivalent areas. Forklift and/or overhead crane certification. Experience operating forklifts (A2-4, B1-2).
