As an Industrial Electrician at Scan, you have an important role in production where you work to ensure the operation of machinery and equipment. The role is varied and demands both technical expertise and a structured approach to troubleshooting. You will be part of a team consisting of both mechanics and electricians who together are responsible for ensuring that production runs stably and efficiently. The work takes place in a technically advanced environment focused on processing, packaging, and logistics of finished products, where you will work close to modern production lines. The position involves working in three shifts (day, evening, and weekends), and you will be offered an introduction to provide the best conditions for getting started in the role. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance according to maintenance plans Troubleshoot machines, electrical equipment, and automated systems Repair production equipment both during operation and in the workshop Read and work according to electrical schematics to identify faults Report completed work in maintenance systems Participate in improvement work and technical projects What We're Looking For We are looking for someone with education in electrical engineering or automation and practical experience working with electrical systems in an industrial environment, preferably as an industrial electrician. You are confident in troubleshooting machinery and have developed a structured approach where you use electrical schematics as a natural tool to quickly identify and address problems. You are practically minded and enjoy working with your hands, close to equipment and machinery in production. The role suits you if you like taking personal responsibility, working solution-oriented, and are motivated by getting things to work in a technical environment. To succeed and thrive at Scan, we believe you also have a strong drive and willingness to continue developing and learning new things. You take initiative in your work, work carefully and methodically, and find it easy to collaborate with others. You also have good computer skills, are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing, and hold a valid driver's license (category B).
