Norr-Don is now seeking an industrial electrician who wants to be an important part of the work with operation, maintenance, and development of equipment within the mining and tunneling industry. Here you get to work both above and below ground together with a dedicated team in a dynamic daily routine. About the Company Norr-Don AB was founded in 1986 and today has its own manufacturing and development of a large number of products within automation and power supply. For example, control cabinets, outlet centers, pump and fan automation. We also offer development of new automation and control systems for various machines and robots for mining and tunnel operations. Norr-Don also provides installation, service, and maintenance of both our own and others' products. Our customers are mainly within the mining and tunneling industry, but also projects within a large number of industries where solutions need to be smart and withstand very tough environments. Your Tasks As an industrial electrician at Norr-Don, you become part of a work team together with mechanics and miners. The role involves varied work where you work both independently and in a team. The work includes, among other things: • operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mining equipment • participation in projects involving both electrical and mechanical work tasks • collaboration with colleagues in various professional areas The work takes place both above and below ground and follows a 7/7 schedule, which means you work 7 days and then have 7 days off. The position involves varying workdays where you need to take responsibility, solve problems, and contribute to driving the work forward in a structured manner. Your Background/Your Qualities We are looking for someone who is self-driven, solution-oriented, and thrives in a role with great personal responsibility. You find it easy to collaborate and appreciate a daily routine where work tasks vary. Requirements: • at least 3 years of experience as an electrician • experience with troubleshooting and blueprint reading • upper secondary education in a relevant field • Swedish language skills, spoken and written • Class B driver's license Merits: • experience as an industrial electrician • experience from industrial operations We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and your ability to work both independently and together with others.
