About the Position Would you like to work in a technically advanced and highly automated industrial environment where problem-solving, automation, and maintenance are in focus? We are now seeking an industrial electrician/automation technician for Clas Ohlson's distribution center in Insjön. Here you will become part of a dedicated maintenance team working to ensure operations in a modern logistics facility with fully automated pallet crane storage, miniload systems, conveyor systems, and advanced automation solutions. The role is varied and combines both corrective and preventive maintenance in an operation where the pace is periodically high and where collaboration is an important part of everyday work. We are looking for someone with experience from industrial operations, preferably within process industries, and who thrives working operatively close to production. You will work both independently and together with mechanics and other colleagues in the maintenance team to keep the facility running and contribute to world-class maintenance. Responsibilities Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on automated systems and production equipment Troubleshoot and work with PLCs, control systems, and industrial electrical components Participate in planning and developing maintenance work together with the team Collaborate with mechanics and other functions to ensure high operational reliability Work actively with improvements, documentation, and maintenance systems Location: Insjön Scope: Full-time Work Schedule: Two-shift work with scheduled weekend work. Over a three-week period, you work a full shift cycle with a total of nine days off. About You You are a solution-oriented and driven person who thrives in a role where you take great responsibility. You have a technical interest and enjoy working practically with troubleshooting and maintenance in an environment where no two days are the same. To succeed in this role, we believe you are organized, proactive, and good at collaborating with others. At the same time, you are self-reliant and confident in prioritizing and making decisions when the situation requires it. You have an open and positive attitude and contribute to good teamwork. Qualifications Experience as an industrial electrician, automation technician, or similar role within industry/process industry Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, and industrial electrical installations Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance Good understanding of blueprint reading and technical documentation Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written B-category driver's license Merits Experience from process industry or highly automated facilities Knowledge of programming and automation Forkift certificate or experience working at heights Mechanical knowledge and experience supporting mechanical maintenance We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
