Industrial Worker for Stable and Modern Production

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as an industrial worker, your main tasks will involve working within production with varying work activities. The industrial worker role is broad and can include work in several parts of the manufacturing process, such as assembly, machine monitoring, and quality control. Further, as an industrial worker, you will: Work with production and assembly according to instructions Monitor and operate machines and production equipment Perform quality control checks and contribute to high product quality Follow safety procedures, order, and structure in production Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to improvement initiatives PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is responsible, thorough, and has a strong work ethic. You enjoy practical work and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You are flexible, quality-conscious, and adapt easily to different work tasks. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Experience from industrial, production, or manufacturing environments (advantageous but not required) Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written Ability to work shifts Good physical condition and willingness to work practically Advantageous: Experience in assembly, machine operation, or production Technical interest Forklift certification Experience with quality work or improvement initiatives ABOUT THE POSITION The Industrial Worker position is a full-time consultant assignment lasting at least six months. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client in the Ystad area. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment.
