Job Description
We are continuously recruiting industrial workers for our client companies in the Vårgårda / Alingsås / Herrljunga / Vara region. The assignments vary depending on the client and the type of work, but what they all have in common is that you become an important part of production and help ensure that work flows efficiently and safely.
Your tasks may include machine monitoring, assembly, packing, quality checks, material handling, and other common duties within production and industry. You may work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the nature of the assignment.
Working hours vary among our clients, but you need to be able to work a 2-shift schedule. We have several openings for machine operators who are ready to take the next step in their careers. Whether you have previous experience in industry or are considering a career change and have a genuine interest in industrial work, this could be the right place for you.
It's important to note that work tasks can sometimes be physically demanding, so if you thrive with that kind of challenge, that's a plus.
Qualifications
General requirements for all our positions:
* Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
* Valid driver's license and access to a car
Merits:
* Previous experience in industry or logistics
* Completed upper secondary education
* Forklift or reach truck certification
