Industrial Worker for Painting Department

We are now seeking a worker for a painting facility within the wood industry. Here you will work in an important part of the production process where quality, finish, and precision are the focus. As a worker in the painting department, you will be involved in treating and finishing wood products. The work is conducted in close collaboration with colleagues where you together ensure that products maintain the highest quality before delivery. As a production worker in the painting department, your main job responsibilities will include: Painting and surface treating wood products according to instructions and quality requirements Preparing materials for painting through sanding and surface inspection Monitoring and operating painting equipment and production lines Performing quality inspections of finished products Ensuring that production meets set quality and delivery requirements Contributing to order, organization, and safe working practices in the workplace Collaborating with other departments to create an efficient production flow PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is responsible, thorough, and has an eye for detail. You enjoy practical work and are accustomed to working in a structured manner to achieve high quality. As a person, you are positive, cooperative, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the workplace. We would like to see that you: Have experience from industry, production, or painting operations Are quality-conscious and work carefully Have good work ethic and take responsibility for your tasks Enjoy both independent work and teamwork Speak and write Swedish fluently Meritorious: Experience with industrial painting or surface treatment Experience from the wood industry Forklift certification Experience with production work and quality inspections ABOUT THE POSITION The position as production worker is a full-time consulting assignment initially for 6 months. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our customer. After 6 months, our customer intends to offer you a permanent position.
