Industrialization Engineer

We are currently seeking several consultants for a comprehensive assignment with a leading player in the defense industry. The client is establishing a new End-to-End Cable Center of Excellence responsible for developing, verifying, industrializing, and putting into production advanced cable systems for demanding applications. The goal is to establish a quick-moving, cross-functional team responsible for the entire product lifecycle – from concept and development to verified series production. The team will work with short decision paths, significant autonomy, and a clear focus on quality, delivery, and technical excellence. About MIL-Cabling MIL-cabling (Military Cable Harnesses) are advanced cable systems developed for military vehicles and defense systems. The cable systems must function in very demanding environments and meet high requirements for robustness, quality, and reliability. The work includes, among other things: mechanical and electrical design material selection prototype development verification and testing industrialization series production supplier development Experience with similar cable systems from, for example, the defense industry, automotive industry, marine, aviation, or other advanced manufacturing industries is therefore highly valued.
