We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Postdoctoral Researcher to join our pharmaceutical research organization. The successful candidate will contribute to innovative research projects aimed at advancing the understanding, development, and optimization of medicinal products that address unmet medical needs. The position offers a unique opportunity to work at the interface between academia and industry, translating scientific discoveries into solutions that may improve patient outcomes. The postdoctoral researcher will collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of scientists, medical experts, and external research partners. Qualifications Required PhD in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline. PhD degree obtained within the last five years. Strong publication record in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Experience in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Personal Qualities We are looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive researcher with a strong scientific mindset.
