The National Cyber Security Center, NCSC, is seeking an Incident Manager to participate in building up the center's operations at FRA. Your Assignment
As an Incident Manager, you will be part of the NCSC department. The department is newly established at FRA and is currently under development. As part of this development, the unit has been newly created with opportunities for development and significant expansion potential that will enable substantial growth opportunities in the role.
As an Incident Manager, you participate in incident coordination and are responsible for conveying information between different parts of NCSC and other participating agencies. Your main responsibilities include:
Managing incidents and taking responsibility for incoming incidents at NCSC by ensuring coordination of work between different central functions. This work includes compiling communication around these incidents.
Work on developing incident processes within NCSC.
Prepare incident reports.
Contribute information to situation reports and reports.
You will also participate in other work at NCSC, with the aim of being an effective representative for the office.
Work takes place on-site at NCSC, with some opportunity for remote work if the work allows. During incidents, you may be required to work irregular hours. You will have frequent contact with both internal and external contacts.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
An academic degree in political science, computer science, or another relevant field that includes project management, or alternatively you have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience.
Work experience in incident management or from a role the employer considers equivalent.
Good knowledge of IT and cybersecurity.
Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
We consider it meritorious if you have:
Certifications in incident management and/or project management.
Good skills in the Office package.
Several years of work experience in incident management within IT and IT security or from a role the employer considers equivalent.
Experience working closely with a CERT, SOC, and/or CSIRT.

More Information
The workplace is currently located in Tomteboda, Solna. Within a few years, new facilities will be ready in Bergshamra. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security classification. A requirement for employment is approved security clearance with registry check. The security clearance will be conducted in accordance with the Security Protection Act. Employment includes an obligation to be placed in wartime mobilization.
