About the role and your responsibilities We are now looking for an engaged colleague who wants to be part of developing digitalization within educational operations. In the role as ICT Strategy Manager with a central assignment, you will among other things be responsible for managing and developing business systems used within schools and education. You will become part of a team that supports both the children's and school administration and the education administration with questions related to digitalization, IT, and pedagogical use of digital tools. The team's mission is to create the best possible conditions for Lund Municipality's educational activities, from preschool to adult education, to use digital services and tools in an efficient, secure, and pedagogically appropriate manner. In this position, you are responsible for managing one or more business systems and are part of the municipality's systems management organization. You work with planning, coordinating, and developing the systems in close dialogue with the operations. The role also involves developing, updating, and quality assuring documentation, procedures, and processes linked to the systems. It is important that you have a good understanding of data protection and information security and can translate these perspectives into managing and developing our services. We are looking for someone who works in a structured manner, is thorough, and has a good ability to organize and prioritize your work. Examples of systems currently included in the operations are Edlevo, Exam.net, Google Workspace for Education, Jamf, Prorenata Journal, Jamf, Quria, StudyBee, and Unikum. Initially, you will primarily work with Prorenata Journal (non-medical student health services). The role involves close collaboration with various functions within the municipality's administrations and with external actors to ensure coordination, development, and implementation of joint efforts. We are looking for you We are looking for someone with relevant university education or equivalent experience that the employer considers equivalent. To succeed with the assignment, you should be able to balance management and development. You have current experience developing, managing, and further developing pedagogical and/or administrative systems within educational operations. You feel confident working both strategically and operationally with digital tools and system support. It is meriting if you have experience leading or participating in projects and change initiatives related to digitalization and pedagogical processes within school operations. We view positively if you have a good understanding of the school's mission and organization and have experience collaborating with different professional groups within the education field.
