About the Role As an IKBT psychologist with us, you work entirely remotely and meet clients through: 💬 Internet-based CBT (IKBT) with chat feedback 🖥️ Video-based therapy sessions online You treat clients in primary care with mild to moderate mental health issues, while being an active part of our professional psychologist network. Perfect if you want to combine this with other assignments, academic work, or a full-time job. 🧠 Education and professional development in IKBT together with both colleagues and managers. 🛠️ Focus on clinical work – minimal administration thanks to smart technology, comprehensive resource library, and a skilled tech team. 🤝 Security and community – you become part of a strong psychology team and receive support from both colleagues and supervising psychologists. Your direct manager is available when you need advice, supervision, or a sounding board. Who We're Looking For To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you: ✔️ Are a licensed psychologist ✔️ Have basic psychotherapy training in CBT (level 1) ✔️ Have at least one year of experience in psychological treatment ✔️ Are registered as a resident in Sweden ✔️ It is a merit if you can work evenings and/or weekends.
