Madona Children and Youth Sports School is hiring a deputy director on a permanent basis at 0.5 full-time equivalent (20 hours per week). Job Responsibilities: Plan and ensure quality educational processes and educational work in accordance with regulatory requirements; Ensure implementation of educational programs at the institution; Participate in the development of regulatory acts governing the internal order of the educational institution and ensure their compliance; Participate in the formation of training classes; Participate in planning the educational institution's development; Organize student testing and control standard compliance; Ensure preparation of reports on training work; Compile and adjust training schedules and competition calendars; Supervise training activities; Ensure timely and accurate information registration in VIIS; Consult with teachers and provide them with methodological support; Participate in preparing and organizing pedagogical council meetings; Organize informational and educational events for student parents; Promote the preservation and improvement of the educational institution's traditions and image; Represent the educational institution's interests in state and municipal institutions and mass media; Ensure student safety and compliance with the institution's internal regulations; Comply with work procedures and ethical standards. Requirements for Candidates: Meeting one of the criteria in Article 13 of Cabinet Regulation No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Teachers and the Procedure for Improving Teachers' Professional Competence"; Compliance with Child Protection Law requirements; Knowledge of regulatory acts governing the education sector; Knowledge of educational and training work content and didactics; Ability to plan and organize personal and student work in accordance with the educational institution's goals and objectives; Ability to motivate students; Skills in working with office equipment and information technology; State language proficiency at an advanced level; Communication and collaboration skills; Ability to work in a team; Decision-making capability; Self-assessment skills; Responsible attitude toward job duties and high psychological resilience.
