starting with the 2026/2027 academic year
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
Qualifications in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Improving Pedagogues' Professional Competence";
State language proficiency at the highest level;
At least 3 years of pedagogical work experience in an educational institution; experience in organizing student development work or serving as a class mentor is desirable;
Understanding of priorities in student development work, principles of child rights protection, and the role of educational institutions in comprehensive student development;
Ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate the educational institution's student development work, developing and implementing development plans and initiatives;
Ability to organize and coordinate cooperation with class mentors, support personnel, student self-governance, parents, and external institutions;
Ability to resolve conflicts, lead complex conversations, and make decisions in crisis situations;
Strong organizational, communication, and public speaking skills;
Digital competence and ability to use information and communication technologies in work organization and document management;
High sense of responsibility, initiative, emotional intelligence, and ability to work under high emotional stress.
