No. 40900041735) announces a competition for the position of Chief Procurement Specialist at the Tax and Customs Police Financial and Security Department (1 vacancy for an indefinite period) The Tax and Customs Police is a direct administration agency under the supervision of the Minister of Interior, whose objective is to implement legal, fair and effective state administration functions in the detection, prevention and investigation of criminal offenses and other violations of law in the field of state revenues and customs. If you have: higher education, preferably in one of the following fields: social sciences, business sciences or law; practical experience in organizing public procurement or work related to procurement; knowledge of public procurement regulations; skill in preparing procurement documentation; ability to work with the Electronic Procurement System and the Procurement Supervision Office Publications Management System and Contract Register; ability to work in conditions of increased intensity; skills in working with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the Tax and Customs Police Law and Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; compliance with the criteria set out in the second part of Article 9 of the Law "On State Secrets" and no restrictions on access to state secret objects as determined by the third part of Article 9 of the Law "On State Secrets"; unblemished reputation. If you want to invest your knowledge and skills in interesting and dynamic work and: plan procurement and purchases necessary for the performance of the agency's functions and tasks; prepare a procurement plan; organize, conduct or manage procurement procedures in accordance with the Public Procurement Law; prepare documents necessary for procurement procedures; prepare reports on conducted procurements and purchases; participate in the development of contract drafts and administer concluded contracts.
