Senior Procurement Specialist, Airport Operations and Armaments Service, Aviation and Special Operations Directorate
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education (bachelor's degree) or at least first-level professional higher education in one of the following fields: law, business and administration, or social and human sciences (education program group – economics);
- Preferred work experience related to the implementation of public procurement procedures (or procurement);
- Good proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet browser use;
- Ability to apply regulatory acts in the performance of job duties.
Main job responsibilities:
- Develop and improve procurement specifications;
- Participate in the preparation of procurement contract drafts;
- Prepare procurement commission meeting minutes, certificates, and develop related documentation;
- Monitor the validity periods and permissible amounts for economic agreements necessary for the administration's operational activities;
- Participate in the development of procurement plans and their amendments;
- Verify compliance with regulatory acts of documents related to the conclusion, modification, or termination of economic contracts;
- Participate in the work of procurement commissions as a commission member with the duties of procurement commission secretary;
- Obtain information from the electronic certificate system and databases related to international sanctions;
- Participate in developing proposals for centralized or decentralized public procurement plans;
- Implement environmental protection measures in the administration;
- Organize the collection and disposal of hazardous and solid waste for recycling or reprocessing;
- Prepare and submit documents to the State Environmental Service for the review of "B" category permits for polluting activities;
- Register offers submitted within the framework of general agreements concluded as a result of procurement procedures.
