As Store Manager, you play a key role in driving sales forward. You're responsible for the store's daily operations, leading the sales team toward set goals, and making a positive impact on the floor in day-to-day activities. You're passionate about selling, coaching your team, and creating a world-class customer experience!
You'll also work closely with colleagues in BackOffice and Goldsmiths, leading and developing the entire operation to reach new goals and customers.
In this role, you have significant responsibility for sales, as well as overall responsibility for the store's marketing, purchasing, workshop, and webshop. To succeed, we see that in addition to sales experience, you also have marketing experience—you'll be responsible for developing marketing strategy, producing newsletter materials, and planning and executing events. You'll also be involved in decisions regarding the store's assortment and brands, maintain some supplier contact, and support daily operations in our workshop and webshop.
We're looking for you if you:
Have previous experience as a Store Manager in retail
Have previous experience in marketing, purchasing, and/or webshop operations
Are a top-performing salesperson who delivers on sales, service, and results—every day!
Are skilled at customer interactions and want to give our customers an experience beyond the ordinary
Are a skilled leader with experience managing a larger team and see it as a given that you'll lead your team to success and achieve set goals.
