Sports Facility Attendant - Ice Hall

About the Role and Your Responsibilities As a team member at our sports facilities and venues, you will ensure that our green spaces and facilities are maintained to a high standard so that residents of Lund experience quality facilities and that clubs have the best possible conditions for practicing their sports. The work is varied and includes: – providing excellent service to the clubs that use our facilities – working in the ice hall and with ice maintenance – preparing halls and fields for training, matches, and other events – maintaining our facilities, such as marking soccer fields, cutting grass, etc. – ensuring our facilities are clean and feel safe for our visitors Working hours are scheduled during both day and evening shifts, as well as weekends. We are Looking for You Who Have – Upper secondary education (gymnasium) – Category B driver's license for manual transmission – experience operating work machinery – for example ice machines, tractors, and lawn mowers – experience with ice and green space maintenance – basic IT skills and computer proficiency It is an advantage if you have: – ice maker certification, ice machine operation certification, and/or Category BE driver's license – strong experience in service-oriented work What We Offer You As a member of our team, you will receive a range of benefits with a focus on balance, security, and health. About the Workplace Sports Service is a unit that manages Lund Municipality's sports facilities both outdoors and indoors. We currently have 23 colleagues who perform work for sports in Lund with a division of different job responsibilities.
