You have pedagogical experience, and it is advantageous if you have taught at the upper secondary level. You are well-versed in the school's governing documents. As a person, you are confident and stable with the ability to build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You work well in teams, share your knowledge, and actively contribute to a positive and developmental work environment. You have strong pedagogical insight where you are clear and adapt instruction to students' varying abilities and needs. You motivate, inspire, and create conditions for every student to reach their full potential. At the same time, you have the ability to set boundaries and create a conducive learning environment when needed. You have well-developed verbal communication skills and convey information in a clear, structured, and reassuring manner. You adapt your language based on students' circumstances and ensure that your message reaches and is understood by everyone. You communicate very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
