Your Responsibilities As a Sales Manager, you will have a key role in our operations and become part of the store's management team. You will drive, develop, and lead your department forward together with your team. We are looking for engaged Sales Managers for: Team 1: Deli/Bakery Checkout/Confectionery/Fine Foods Fruit Social Media (Self-Inspection) Team 2: Prepared Foods/Specialty + Deli Dairy/Frozen/Beverages Your Tasks As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Sales and procurement Monitoring and analysis work Employee conversations Marketing Strategic overview of store operations Scheduling – covering daily absences/shorter leave in temporary and pool positions Ensuring a world-class customer experience Actively participating in the store's management team Ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and regulations in your area of responsibility Your Profile To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who: Is driven and not afraid to roll up your sleeves Spreads positive energy, coaches, and inspires your team Contributes with creativity and new ideas that drive your department and store forward Has experience from a grocery store/retail with a personnel or leadership role Has good knowledge of store economics (sales, shrinkage, margins, key metrics) Is results-oriented, driven, and experienced in service & sales with an eye for good business Is solution-oriented and solves problems when conditions change or discrepancies arise Has experience developing store operations and leading colleagues Has good knowledge of Min Butik and AoB systems Has completed ICA's BLU and LU training and is willing to continue developing We Offer A developing role with significant responsibility and influence Opportunity to shape and develop your department An engaged team and strong community spirit Training and development opportunities within ICA Application Submit your application with your CV today – we look forward to hearing from you!
