About Us Nordic Wellness is Sweden's largest wellness chain with over 450 clubs and several padel facilities across the country. About the Role As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are ambassador, inspirator, and energy spreader. Your task is to deliver workout joy, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them want to come back. You should feel confident taking the spotlight, being yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room. We Offer You: Training in the HYROX concept – we're behind it! A regular class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest A workplace filled with commitment, development, and workout enthusiasm We're Looking for Someone Who Can: Teach 1–2 regular classes per week Be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends (depending on need) Who Are You? You don't need to be a certified instructor already – we'll train you!
