About the Assignment: An organization will execute a major premises project through adaptation of existing facilities or new establishment and relocation. The project encompasses modern office environments as well as technologically advanced spaces with high demands on operational and physical security, such as data centers, NOC, and SOC. We are seeking an operational and self-driven Tenant Representative who takes overall responsibility for execution – from design and technical review to completion, relocation, and commissioning. The role involves ensuring that the premises are delivered according to agreement, requirements, and operational needs. The Role: You serve as the tenant's primary point of contact with the landlord, project organization, and contractors during the execution phase. You are responsible for monitoring quality, schedule, costs, and contractual compliance, and ensure that both office environments and technical spaces meet agreed requirements upon handover. Responsibilities: Monitor and review office design, furnishings, and workplace solutions based on operational requirements. Ensure that material selection, lighting, acoustics, indoor climate, and IT and AV solutions are delivered according to specification. Coordinate and follow up on relocation, access, key management, and commissioning. Handle and follow up on final inspections, action lists, and any deviations. Review technical solutions, drawings, and specifications during the project. Follow up on installations including cooling systems, UPS, backup power, fire safety, cabling systems, and physical security. Ensure compliance with lease and contractual terms and identify and manage deviations. Document and follow up on outstanding obligations after occupancy. Success in the Role: Premises delivered according to agreed standard and operational requirements. Technical environments commissioned and approved according to specification. Relocation executed according to plan without operational disruption. Inspection remarks addressed within agreed timeframe. High satisfaction among operations and users. Qualifications: We are looking for someone with: Experience monitoring and reviewing office and premises projects. Knowledge of modern workplace solutions and office environments. Ability to read and review drawings, building documentation, and technical specifications. Experience with IT and AV solutions in office environments. Practical experience with operational and office relocations. Experience with final inspections, action lists, and contractor follow-up. Documented knowledge of technical environments with high demands on operational security, such as data centers, server rooms, NOC, or SOC. Experience with technical installations such as cooling systems, UPS, backup power, fire safety, and security systems. Good understanding of lease agreements, construction law, and technical requirements. Experience collaborating with landlords, clients, and contractors. Good negotiation and communication skills. Meritorious: Experience with relocation and change projects exceeding 10,000 sq meters. Knowledge of data center standards such as Uptime Institute or ISO/IEC 27001. Experience with projects encompassing both offices and technical operational environments. Certification in workplace management, BREEAM, Miljöbyggnad, or equivalent. Good business and commercial understanding. Personal Qualities: You are structured, operational, and solution-oriented with the ability to drive initiatives from start to finish. You work independently, are meticulous in follow-up and documentation, and have a clear and collaborative working approach.
