We are now seeking an engaged and organized Housekeeper Manager for Home Hotel Bristol. We are looking for someone who wants to take overall responsibility for the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The position consists of approximately 90% operational work in daily operations and approximately 10% administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities: As Housekeeper Manager, you are responsible for ensuring high quality, good service, and smooth operations. Your duties include: Daily work leadership and participation in operational activities Planning and distribution of housekeeping tasks Ensuring that cleaning and common areas maintain high quality Introduction and guidance of new employees Quality follow-up and self-inspections Inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, consumables, and textiles Ensuring that routines are followed Collaborating with other departments to create a good experience for guests Scheduling and planning (done together with your direct supervisor) We are looking for someone who: Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and has an eye for detail Is organized and enjoys combining practical work with administration Has good computer skills and can work in administrative systems Communicates very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing We Offer: A varied position with significant responsibility Opportunity to influence and develop the business An engaged team and a positive work environment To be suitable for the role, you should have experience from housekeeping work and have held a leadership position or responsibility for a group or department.
