About the Position We are currently expanding our service concept and are therefore looking for new dog groomers. Arken Zoo has state-of-the-art facilities adapted for the business and is located directly adjacent to the store, which means you will have potential customers at your doorstep from day one. Arken Zoo is Sweden's largest pet chain with stores throughout the country. We are looking for someone who wants to run their own dog grooming business through a franchise concept in a profitable and rapidly growing company. Alternatively, work as an employee. The position is located at Arken Zoo's store in Toftanäs. With a franchise partnership, you plan your working hours in consultation with the store manager according to the store's opening hours. Compensation according to the company's current partnership agreement. For employment, the position is part-time or full-time, with the final employment level determined through dialogue between the employee and store manager. Employment begins with a 6-month probationary period. As an employee, the agreement and salary are governed by the Retail Collective Agreement. Work hours, day and evening shifts according to schedule. Start date as soon as possible. Responsibilities As a trained dog groomer, you run your own business through a franchise partnership. Through our franchise concept, you can focus on your profession while we help you with many other aspects of running your own business. Whether you are self-employed or an employee, you strive for the highest level of profitability, service, and customer satisfaction every day. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a people person and has a genuine interest in the dog grooming profession.
